Sushi Rice (sushi-Meshi)

Ingredients

3 cups of Japanese rice

 

Seasonings

120ml of white vinegar

100g of sugar

20g of salt

 

Method

1. Rinse the rice and cook it with 3 cups of water. Before removing, steep for 15minutes.

2. Cook the seasonings and leave it to cool. Add into the cooked rice and mix evenly.
