Sandwish Oshi Sushi

Ingredients

2 pieces seaweed sheets

300g sushi rice

 

Side Ingredients

30g each for tomato, pickled Japanese cucumber

1 piece lettuce leave, omelette

30g each for meat floss, ham

 

Seasoning

⅓ cup mayonnaise

 

Method

1. Rinse and slice tomato and cucumber. Rinse lettuce leaf.

2. Place seaweed sheet on a bamboo mat and spread evenly half the sushi rice over it. Cover with cling wrap and flip over. On the other side of the seaweed sheet, spread the remaining rice. Cut into halves and remove cling wrap.

3. Line a cling wrap on the base of sushi mould, attach frame and put in half of the sandwich rice. Press lightly with cover. Lay in side ingredients and squeeze in seasoning.

4. Then cover with the other sandwich rice and press with cover. Remove sushi mould and cling wrap, cut into triangles to serve.
